About Will

I’ve called the Burbank Rancho home for nearly 20 years. Long before I
became a Real Estate Advisor, I was simply a neighbor who loves this
neighborhood. You’ll often see me out on daily walks with our Golden
Retriever, Bodhi, taking in the tree-lined streets and the beautiful homes
that make this place feel so special. My background includes a law degree
from George Washington University and membership in the Washington State
Bar — experiences that taught me to be meticulous and thoughtful,
qualities that naturally carry over into my work in real estate. I’ve also
been recognized as an award-winning writer, something that reflects my
love of clear communication and attention to detail. My focus has always
been on connection, not just transactions. I love organizing community
events like our annual Thanksgiving Pie Giveaway, the Rancho Holiday
Raffle, and the Valentine’s Chocolate Giveaway. This neighborhood deserves
more than a business relationship — it deserves genuine care and
involvement. I’m a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Pricing
Strategy Advisor (PSA), and I specialize in Trust & Probate transactions,
helping families navigate some of life’s more sensitive transitions with
compassion and precision. While the Rancho will always be home, my work
takes me throughout Los Angeles — from the Hollywood Hills and Beachwood
Canyon to Pasadena, Altadena, and San Marino — and even into Ventura
County. Finding the right home matters more to me than staying within any
boundary line. I also bring an international perspective. Having lived in
Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, and Tokyo — and being fluent in Mandarin — I
enjoy helping Chinese-speaking clients who appreciate working with someone
who understands their language, culture, and the journey of finding home
in a new place.
